SHIPPING

At HARALD, each garment is made to order. Once your order is placed, our team begins the careful process of crafting your item in-house. We use PostNord for all shipping, and estimated delivery times are listed in the respective product descriptions. You will receive key shipping updates via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that carrier services may vary depending on your location and the most efficient delivery option available at the time.

Please allow 1–3 business days for packaging and processing after your garment has been completed. The total timeframe from order to delivery is typically 1–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the garment and your location.

In accordance with our agreement with PostNord, all shipments are declared as merchandise. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in our shipping rates. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are legally unable to adjust the declared value of your order.

HARALD takes great care in packaging and shipping each order. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@harald.group. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, we remain responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. If your package cannot be located, we will work with PostNord to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.



RETURNS

Due to the personalized and made-to-order specifications of HARALD garments, the statutory right of withdrawal (the 14-day return period) does not apply to our products. This means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is a fault with the product.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@harald.group. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include original packaging such as boxes and dust bags. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
